  • To have a knowledge of Chinese Traditional of the Mid-Autumn Festival
  • To have a knowledge about making Snow Skin Mooncake process.
  • Experience of accomplishment in making Mooncake.

 

Content

First of all, the baking team introduce all the ingredients about Snow Skin Mooncake. Second demonstrated the process of making Snow Skin Mooncake step by step and it makes all participants understandable. And after the demonstration, the participants get the materials to make their own Snow Skin Mooncake, they able to knew the process step by step. Finally, they can use a mold to make different shapes and feel satisfied of accomplishment when they finish and seeing the products.
